Returns and Refunds
We hope you’re happy with your order, but in case you’ve changed your mind, or if there’s a problem with your item, here’s all the information you need to make a return.
HOW TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER
To cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at purchases@artofthemotherland.com.
When ordering an item, you are responsible for making sure that the item will fit into your property and the place that you intend to use it. If the item you’ve ordered is too large, we will be unable to provide a refund, so please check carefully before making your order.
RETURNS POLICY
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy merchandise online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receiving your items. This includes any delivery charge but does not include the cost of returning the item.
Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on art prints unless they are faulty or we have made a mistake. Art prints are exempt as they are made to order.
If there’s a problem with your item (if we’ve made a mistake, or if your order arrives damaged) please try to let us know immediately and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you as soon as possible.
HOW TO RETURN
If you’d like to return all or part of your order, please contact us at purchases@artofthemotherland.com with details of why you’d like to return your order and we’ll be in touch with detailed instructions on how to do so.
Once we’ve received the item, we’ll process your refund, replacement or exchange as quickly as possible. Please make sure you return the item in pristine condition, in its original packaging.
If you’re owed a refund, we’ll issue this using the same payment details that were used to purchase the items. We aim to process all returns within 1-2 weeks but the refund could take up to an additional 10 working days to show in your account, so please bear with us.
